The Regional Governor of Plovdiv Region Dr. Ing. Ilyia Zyumbilev bestowed on the Honorary Consul of Moldova Ing. Dr. Veselin Chipev the highest Award of the regional administration – Honorary Plaque – for the Consul’s contribution to the development of good relations between Bulgaria and Moldova.
The two men discussed important topics for continuation of long-standing traditions and good contacts between Bulgaria and Moldova. Emphasis was placed on the economic relations of Plovdiv in international aspect and the global companies’ expansion on the Bulgarian market in the region, as well as on the investment opportunities of Bulgarian firms in Moldova.
