Caretaker Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Regional Development Catherina Zecharieva became part of the ministers, distributing media portions. By decision of the ministry as of 1 September bTV Media Group received 470,000 levs (excluding VAT) for accessibility, openness and transparency of the operational programme “Regional Development” 2007-2013 over the next ten months.
Against this sum, the contracting authority will receive a TV time for creating and broadcasting special programmes and headings as submitted by it and coordinated with the media according to their monthly plans. For the same service and the same amount of time TV Bulgaria On Air will receive 270,000 levs (excluding VAT), while the Television Europe will get 122,000 levs (excluding VAT).
The Bulgarian National Television was not ommited. For its services promoting the programme “Regional Development” it will take 430,000 levs (excluding VAT). Among the beneficiaries is the Bulgarian National Radio. It will receive 100,000 levs to provide broadcasting time in which to air on national television special sections and audio clips to promote the implementation of the operational programme that is already in the past.
Decisions on the procurement procedure were taken on August 1.
